Nikon HN-12 Overview

This screw-in lens hood was originally intended to be used only in combination with the original(and now discontinued) Nikon 52mm circular polarizer filter. It will not fit on new type II circular polarizer filters, but it can be used with 60mm threaded polarizing filters in conjunction with the AF-1 52mm Gelatin Filter Holder for 3 x 3 Filters. Simply screw your 60mm polarizer in front of the AF-1 filter holder, and then screw this hood into the front threads of the 60mm polarizer.
