Wimberley AP-612 Overview

The AP-612 Replacement Foot for Sony 300mm f/2.8 GM OSS FE Lens from Wimberley has an Arca-type double-dovetail design that allows compatible mount accessories to be attached to the top and bottom of the foot. The low profile design of this replacement lens foot provides a lower center of gravity and better balance compared to the one originally supplied with the lens. This design reduces flex and vibrations to the lens when in use.

This lightweight and durable foot is made of black anodized 6061 aluminum and stainless steel. It has 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 sockets to support tripod heads without a compatible Arca-type clamp. Dual safety stop screws are included to prevent the lens from releasing prematurely if a clamp is left partially open.
