The kit Includes head strap (with chin strap) and wrist strap. Also note that the wrist strap cannot be twisted, and is recommended for 360-degree capture with the ONE R Dual-Lens 360 mod. To get started, easily screw the 1/4 camera mount adapter to the Head Strap, then attach the camera to the adapter to get it attached to your head strap; and to get it mounted to your wrist strap the process is simply much the same easily screw the 1/4 camera mount adapter to the wrist strap, and then attach the camera to the adapter to get yourself started.
